How can I contact Aspire Solutions support?
Can I get a refund if the product doesn’t work on my PC?
Unfortunately, all purchases are non-refundable under the Consumer Financial Protection Act (CFPA). Compatibility issues may arise, and if our developer determines the issue isn’t with the product, refunds or replacements won’t be offered.
What if the product stops working after an update?
Game updates, anti-cheat systems, or cheat updates can sometimes cause the product to stop functioning. The developer will decide if a refund, replacement, or support can be provided. Aspire Solutions cannot guarantee continued service in such cases.
How is the product delivered after purchase?
After purchase, you will receive the serial key via email or through our Discord Ticket system. The software itself must be downloaded from our Discord server, where you will gain the necessary roles automatically at checkout.
Why isn’t my product delivered instantly?
Products listed as “∞ stock” aren’t delivered automatically. If you’ve purchased such a product, please create a support ticket in our Discord server, and our team will assist you promptly.

Can I share my product or serial key?
No. Sharing, reselling, or distributing your product or serial key is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in a suspension of access.
What happens if I use a stolen card or issue a chargeback?
Using stolen payment methods or issuing chargebacks is not tolerated. In such cases, Aspire Solutions reserves the right to make your information public.
Are all features guaranteed to work at all times?
No. Some features may be removed or become unavailable due to updates in the game, anti-cheat systems, or the product itself. Aspire Solutions does not guarantee that all features will remain functional indefinitely.
